TWICE member Chaeyoung and singer Zion.T have denied recent breakup rumors, confirming that they are still in a relationship.
Both artists’ agencies released statements on August 14th addressing the reports, saying, “The breakup rumors are completely false.”
The agencies added, “We can say that the two are still maintaining positive feelings for each other and continuing their relationship after confirming with the artists themselves.”
They also announced plans to take legal action against the spread of false information. The agencies stated, “We will continue to monitor any damage to the artists’ reputations caused by baseless speculation, false reports, or malicious posts.”
They continued, “We will take strong legal action against sensational reports and the spread of unconfirmed information.”
Earlier today, reports claimed that Chaeyoung and Zion.T had ended their relationship after growing apart due to their busy schedules. However, both sides confirmed that the reports were not true.
Chaeyoung debuted as a member of TWICE in 2015 and has since gained global recognition through the group’s many hit songs. She recently left JYP Entertainment after 14 years and launched her own agency.
