Chae Jung An got a sweet show of support from her Coffee Prince family.

On June 22nd, Chae shared a behind-the-scenes video from the VIP premiere of her film SOAR on her YouTube channel. During the stage greeting, she shared her affection for the project, saying, “’SOAR’ is a film that really made me think a lot about the present.”

What especially caught attention was the familiar faces who came out to support her. Among them were her former co-stars from the beloved MBC drama Coffee Prince, making for a heartwarming reunion.

Yoon Eun Hye was the first to arrive, carrying a fragrant bouquet. “I picked flowers that look like you,” she told Chae, showing their lasting friendship.

Kim Jae Wook and Gong Yoo also made appearances. Seeing the many cameras, Gong Yoo joked, “Which one is Chae Jung An TV?” bringing his signature humor to the event. Kim and Gong, both dressed casually and wearing masks, took them off to pose for photos.

At one point, Chae waved at the camera and said, “Hi, thank you.” Gong Yoo teasingly asked, “Who are you saying hi to?” poking fun at her for looking only at the camera instead of the people around her and making everyone laugh.

During the stage greeting, Gong Yoo and Yoon Eun Hye, sitting next to each other, caught attention as he raised his hand and applauded enthusiastically for Chae.

Coffee Prince, which aired in 2007, remains one of Korea’s most beloved youth dramas. Nearly 19 years later, the cast proved their bond is still going strong as they came together for the premiere of Chae’s first feature-length starring role.

SOAR, starring Chae Jung An, opened in theaters on June 17th.
