Ok Taecyeon’s agency has denied the marriage rumors.
A representative from Ok Taecyeon’s agency, 51K, told iMBC Entertainment on February 5 that the rumors about him and his girlfriend getting married are not true. The agency stated, “No specific date has been set yet.”
They also clarified, “The photo in question was actually taken on his girlfriend’s birthday last year. It seems people misunderstood it and speculatied that a wedding date had been set.”

Recently, photos of Ok Taecyeon and his non-celebrity girlfriend went viral on Chinese social media, leading to marriage rumors. In the pictures, he is seen kneeling in front of his girlfriend and giving her a ring. A photographer first posted these pictures on social media, but as they spread, people misunderstood the story and thought a wedding date had been set.
Ok Taecyeon first confirmed his relationship in June 2020 and has been openly dating since then.
