The subway ad featuring Byeon Woo Seok and Kim Hye Yoon has been taken down due to repeated complaints from fans.
The suspension was caused by conflicts between fans who support the two actors and those who don’t. The advertising agency, Giftree, responded with an official statement about the issue.

The transportation corporation’s policy requires ads to be removed immediately after even a single complaint. As a result, the ad was promptly taken down. Attempts to repost it failed due to ongoing complaints.
Giftree said, “We redesigned the ad and submitted it for review at other locations besides Konkuk University Station, but it was rejected for the same reasons. We even suggested a new version where Byeon Woo Seok and Kim Hye Yoon appeared separately for 10 seconds each, but ongoing complaints made it impossible to proceed.”
An official letter from the transportation corporation warned that “continued complaints could result in a ban on all future subway advertisements through Giftree.” In response, Giftree urged fans to stop filing complaints.
