Won Hyun Jun and Lee Soo Jin have shared their heartfelt thoughts on their upcoming marriage.
News broke on September 14th that Won Hyun Jun would be marrying the actress. That same day, both actors personally announced their marriage to fans and shared their feelings about the upcoming new chapter in their lives.
Won Hyun Jun began his message by saying, “There’s news I want to share first with everyone who has cherished and supported me. I’m happy to share this news, though I still feel a little shy.”
He continued, “I have promised to spend the rest of my life with the person I love most. On October 4, we will begin our life together, sharing happy moments and supporting each other through difficult times.”
He added, “We would be grateful if you could warmly watch over us and congratulate us on this new beginning, which has arrived like the start of a new season.”
Lee Soo Jin also shared her thoughts, saying, “I’m a little shy, but I wanted to share this happy news with you, so I’m writing this message. On October 4, I will be starting a new chapter with the person I love.”
She continued, “I’m excited and a little nervous, but I’m truly grateful and reassured to have someone with whom I can share every moment of my future. We would be grateful if you could bless our new beginning with warm hearts.”
She concluded, “I sincerely thank everyone who has cherished and supported me. We will live happily.”
The couple also revealed a series of black-and-white photos showing them holding hands, looking back at the camera, and sharing a kiss. The photos gave off a warm and romantic atmosphere.
Won Hyun Jun made his acting debut in 2009 with the KBS2 drama IRIS. He has since appeared in films including The Policeman’s Lineage, The Devil’s Deal and THE CURSED, as well as dramas such as Itaewon Class, Walking On Thin Ice and Agent Kim Reactivated.
Lee Soo Jin made her acting debut in 1999 and has since appeared in dramas including Always Palpitating and Beautiful Life.
