Danielle shared a reflective message on social media on the same day NewJeans marked its fourth anniversary.
“Life gets cloudy sometimes, but the light always finds its way back in,” she wrote on social media July 22. “Until then, keep shining. Forever grateful, Dazzi xx.”
Also on July 22, NewJeans released a surprise fourth-anniversary film featuring Minji, Hanni, Haerin and Hyein. It marked the group’s first content featuring the four members in about 16 months.
ADOR, however, said the video did not confirm Minji’s official return.
“This video was created to celebrate NewJeans’ fourth anniversary with fans,” ADOR said. “Details about the group’s future activities will be announced once discussions with the members are complete.”
NewJeans had been in a contract dispute with ADOR since November 2024 before losing the first trial in October 2025. Haerin, Hyein and Hanni later returned to the agency, while Danielle was removed from the group.
