From idols to actors, many Korean stars are getting married this year! As more of our favorite stars get older, marriage becomes another big milestone in their life, and many celebrities have recently made surprising wedding announcements and shared their updates with fans.
From hot star couples like Byun Yo Han and Tiffany Young to singers like 2PM’s Ok Taecyeon going from idol to husband overnight, see the list of Korean stars getting married in 2026.
Ok Taecyeon
It was officially confirmed last month that 2PM’s Ok Taecyeon is getting married this April. Taecyeon shared a handwritten letter last November, saying, “I’ve promised to spend my life with someone who has understood and believed in me for a long time. We plan to be there for each other and walk through life together.” Since his spouse is not a celebrity, detailed information about the wedding schedule hasn’t been released yet but we can expect stunning wedding photos soon.
Byun Yo Han and Tiffany Young
Girls’ Generation legendary member Tiffany Young and well-known actor Byun Yo Han officially put a ring on it. Both of their agencies, TEAMHOPE and SUBLIME, announced the couple completed their marriage registration and has chosen to keep their wedding ceremony quiet and simple with no tentative dates yet. Now, fans can rest assured it was probably Tiffany in the reflection of Yo Han’s new year post.
Ha Jung Woo and Cha Jung Won
Although rumors began surfacing and piquing fans’ interest, after years of quiet speculation and recent reports of a wedding planned in July, actor Ha Jung Woo has put all the suspense to rest. Ha Jung Woo is reportedly planning to get married to Cha Jung Won this summer. The ceremony is expected to be a private event held in Seoul around July. This news was confirmed by Ha’s father, veteran actor Kim Yong Gun, who told reporters, “They are getting married because they love each other. Thank you for your congratulations.” Ha Jung Woo commented on the reports, saying, “It is true that I am dating Cha Jung Won. The July wedding talk seems to have come from something my father said casually. It was more of a general thought about wanting a summer wedding, not something that has been decided.” Fans have their fingers crossed, hoping these two will tie the knot asap!
SHINHWA’s Lee Min Woo
On March 3rd, SHINHWA member Lee Min Woo shared news of his marriage. Alongside elegant photos and invitations, Lee Min Woo wrote about his wife, saying, “I’ve met someone who gives strength to each other after a long time. We plan to build our life together and move toward a bright future. If you join us and give your blessings, we will cherish them forever.” The ceremony will be held on March 27th in Seoul, and Lee Min Woo adopted his wife’s daughter in December 2025 after marriage registration.
Shinji and MoonOne
Despite the heated controversy and rumors behind their marriage announcement, Koyote member Shinji still proudly posts about her love for MoonOne. Shin Ji stated, “We’ve already talked about getting married, but there hasn’t been an official proposal.” Still, she praised her fiancé, saying, “He was the one who brought up marriage, and I said yes right away.” They are expected to tie the knot in the latter half of this year
Cho Yoon Woo
Flower Boy Ramen Shop and The Heirs actor Cho Yoon Woo shocked fans when he announced both his marriage and his retirement from acting. Starting a quieter new chapter of life, Cho took to Instagram to reveal the news in January, writing, “After a long period of reflection, I’ve met someone precious to spend my life with. To build a simple life together, I’ve decided to step away from acting after 15 years.” He further expressed how he focused on his goal of acting for so long and wants to spend his life having fun towards a newer goal.

Talented vocalist Kim Han Joo of Silica Gel wowed fans with his Instagram post in late February, showcasing his partnership with a non-celebrity. Although there weren’t more elegant photos, fans expressed the charm of their messy and daring photos at a mudflat, with their smiles shining the brightest. BTS member RM shared well wishes, saying, “Congratulations,” while Shim Eun Kyung wrote, “Congrats on your marriage. Wishing you all the best.”
Lee Seo Jun
Hospital Playlist actor Lee Seo Jun tied the knot on February 22nd to his long-time girlfriend. Lee Seo Jun graduated from the Korea National University of Arts in 2010, along with fellow actors Lee Sang Yi, Kim Go Eun and Ahn Eun Jin and he left a charming personal letter on social media stating, “I am about to begin a new chapter in life with whom I’ve spent the last seven years. We’re getting married this spring, and your warm blessings as we start this new journey would mean the world to us. As a member of a new family and a more mature actor, I will continue to grow and repay the love you’ve given me. Thank you.” The guest list included Park So Dam, Ahn Eun Jin, Lee Yu Young, and Lee Sang Yi, who were seen taking a group photo during Lee Seo Jun’s wedding. Classmates from the Korea National University of Arts also celebrated the occasion, as seen in social media posts.
Som Hevin
Despite the shocking news of her coming out as “Bisexual” back in 2019, Idol School Star Som Hevin has found her partner and tied the knot on January 24th. She stated “I have met a precious person and promised to marry them. Although it hasn’t been a long time, we have discerned each other’s sincerity and God’s will, and we are confident that this meeting is the best decision in the Lord.” The beach wedding photos touched fans hearts as she was flooded with congratulatory messages.
