Kim Seon Ho congratulated Shin Mina on her recent marriage. They starred together in Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha five years ago.
In an interview on January 22 about his new Netflix series Can This Love Be Translated?, Kim Seon Ho shared why he returned to romantic comedies after five years.
He said, “I didn’t pick this drama just because it’s a romantic comedy. The script felt like something I could do well and wanted to challenge myself with.” He added that playing an interpreter and the idea that “everyone has their own language” made the role especially appealing.
Kim also praised the writers, the famous Hong sisters behind Hotel del Luna, saying, “The script had a lot of surprises. Hojin’s lines were beautifully written, and the writers’ confidence really stood out. They are truly exceptional.”
Regarding Shin Mina’s wedding to Kim Woo Bin, Kim Seon Ho explained why he couldn’t attend: “I was filming in Vietnam. I still sent my congratulations and support.”
