Season 2 of Fresh Off the Sea will hit airwaves sometime in April.
On March 11th, tvN confirmed to Newsen, “It’s true that it will air in April, but the exact broadcast date is undetermined.”
Fresh Off the Sea is a fishing village variety show that captures various sea-related jobs and seasonal dishes that can only be tasted in coastal areas. Season 1 stars Yum Jung Ah and Park Joon Myun will be joined by newcomers Lim Ji Yeon and Lee Jae Wook, replacing Ahn Eun Jin and Dex.

Previously, news that Squid Game megastar Lee Jung Jae would appear as the first guest on Fresh Off the Sea 2 created quite a buzz. He’s also the co-founder of Artist Company alongside Jung Woo Sung, which represents both Yum Jung Ah and Lim Ji Yeon.
Anticipation is building for the premiere to see how the proven chemistry between the two veteran actresses will blend with Lim Ji Yeon, Lee Jae Wook, and guest Lee Jung Jae.
