Um Mun Suk is getting married in January next year.
His agency Ghost Studio confirmed the news to Xportsnews on October 21st, saying, “Um Mun Suk will get married at a venue in Seoul in January next year.”
His fiancée is reportedly a model, but the agency declined to share further details, saying, “We cannot confirm the details. We ask for your understanding.”
Um Mun Suk said in a 2021 interview for Pipeline that he was focused on his career and family rather than marriage. Five years later, the actor is preparing to tie the knot.
Born in 1982, Um Mun Suk debuted as a singer in 2005 and began acting in 2017. He gained recognition for playing a short-haired gangster in the SBS drama The Fiery Priest.
His film credits include The Roundup and 6/45. He has also appeared in dramas such as The Manipulated and Taxi Driver 3. More recently, he drew attention for his performance in Hope, which was released last July.
Um Mun Suk will next appear in A Good House to Live In (literal title), an upcoming film directed by Um Tae Hwa.
