When Life Gives You Tangerines is building excitement with its new trailer and pictures featuring Park Bo Gum and IU.
The trailer captivates viewers with glimpses of Ae Soon (played by IU) and Gwan Sik’s (Park Bo Gum) childhood and school days. Ae Soon constantly pushes Gwan Sik away, yet her words and actions tell him otherwise, while Gwan Sik fumbles awkwardly through everything he does. Their playful dynamic brings smiles, especially in a moment where they bicker yet still hold hands. Gwan Sik’s heartfelt line, “I said I’d take care of you,” and Ae Soon desperately searching for him hint at an unpredictable and emotional journey ahead. Set against the changing seasons of life, the teaser beautifully captures moments of joy and uncertainty, much like the arrival of spring.
The newly released stills highlight Ae Soon and Gwan Sik’s youthful charm in their school uniforms.
