Tzuyang, one of Korea’s most beloved YouTubers with over 11 million subscribers, has come forward with shocking revelations about enduring years of abuse and extortion.

In a statement released early today (11th), Tzuyang disclosed, “I think I was beaten almost twice every day. He would ask me how I planned to earn money, and I said I would do it through streaming, so I did it while getting beaten nearly every day.”

She revealed that her ex-boyfriend, who was also her former agency CEO, subjected her to four years of physical abuse, threats, and forced her to work in adult entertainment venues. She also claimed that he threatened both her employees and her family multiple times.

“There’s a lot of talk about backdoor advertising, but I’ve never received any advertising revenue,” Tzuyang explained. Her legal team has taken action based on over 3,800 audio files documenting sexual assault, repeated physical abuse, and other crimes, releasing some audio recordings as evidence.

The criminal case was recently closed after her ex-boyfriend  died. However, the so-called “Rekka” YouTubers (the scandal mongers) have been using this situation to blackmail and extort money from Tzuyang. Recordings have surfaced showing attempts to extort tens of thousands of dollars from her, sparking outrage among netizens. “I never wanted this matter to become public, in any way, no matter how much of a victim I am,” Tzuyang stated.

Tzuyang’s team has indicated that they do not plan to make further detailed statements and have urged the public to refrain from making unfounded speculations.
