Kim Ji Won is currently considering a role in the upcoming drama The Price of Confession (literal title). On the 9th, Kim Ji Won’s agency HighZiumStudio confirmed to Xportsnews, “‘The Price of Confession’ is one of the projects that she’s received an offer from.”
The Price of Confession is a riveting narrative set around a murder case, intricately weaving the blood-stained chronicles of two women. Initially directed by Lee Eung Bok, known for his work on Descendants of the Sun, the project saw a change in direction with Lee Jung Hyo taking the helm.
Previously, the drama made headlines with the potential casting of Song Hye Kyo and Han So Hee, though this ultimately did not materialize.
However, the project regained public attention with the news of Jeon Do Yeon being considered for the lead role. On the 20th, Jeon Do Yeon’s agency Management SOOP told Xportsnews, “Jeon Do Yeon has been offered a role in ‘The Price of Confession’, and it is one of the projects she is reviewing.”
The potential collaboration between Jeon Do Yeon and Kim Ji Won is highly anticipated, raising expectations about the unique dynamics of their womance (women + romance) in the drama.
