Character posters featuring Ahn Bo Hyun and Park Ji Hyun in the upcoming SBS series FlexxCop have been released, sparking strong interest with their unique combination of a chaebol (conglomerate heir) and a detective. FlexxCop presents the unprecedented story of a carefree third-generation chaebol who becomes a detective in the violent crimes unit, engaging in “flex” investigations where money and connections clash.

Ahn Bo Hyun takes on the role of Jin Yi Soo, a playful third-generation chaebol and a detective assigned through nepotism, while Park Ji Hyun portrays Lee Kang Hyun, a dedicated detective who loves her job and is the head of the violent crimes unit at Gangha Police Station. The series promises to unfold an unparalleled investigative story with this unlikely chaebol-detective collaboration.

The released character posters capture Ahn Bo Hyun and Park Ji Hyun ready to embark on their mission. Behind them is a meticulously organized dressing room filled with numerous items, including luxury watches, sunglasses, and detective-related items like guns and bullets. This unique combination of elements differentiates FlexxCop from typical detective dramas and raises expectations for the fresh fun it will bring.

Based on the exceptional partnership of a chaebol and a detective, Ahn Bo Hyun and Park Ji Hyun are set to sweep away criminals using money and connections as their weapons, promising thrilling entertainment.

FlexxCop is anticipated for its witty and tense comic action, created by writer Kim Bada of My Name and co-directed by Kim Jae Hong of Through the Darkness and Revenant. It’s scheduled to premiere on January 26th at 10 PM KST, following My Demon.
