The unreleased stills from Part 1 depict the desperate fight for survival at Ongseong Hospital, capturing Tae Sang(Park Seo Joon)’s determination as he attempts to rescue Chae Ok(Han So Hee) and others. The tragedy unfolding in the hospital’s basement, brought about by greed, is hinted at by drawings of artist Sachimoto, which fills an entire wall.
