In the SBS Friday-Saturday drama My Demon, Do Do Hee (Kim Yoo Jung) and Gu Won (Song Kang) begin a fateful bet to protect each other. Despite the warning from God that Do Hee must die for the extinction to stop and for powers to return, Gu Won rushes into flames to save Do Hee. This act brings a miracle to Gu Won, as his cross tattoo returns. The restoration of his powers leads viewers to anticipate how this will change the fate of Do Hee and Gu Won in the latter half of the series.
The show is not only receiving a heated response from viewers but also dominating in popularity. According to Good Data, My Demon ranked first in the TV show rankings for three consecutive weeks in December. Additionally, Kim Yoo Jung (2nd place) and Song Kang (1st place) have maintained their positions in the cast rankings for three weeks, proving their popularity. The show also ranked second in the Netflix Global TOP 10 TV shows (non-English), marking its fifth consecutive week in the weekly TOP 10.
Episodes 11 and 12 of My Demon are on a break due to the SBS Drama Awards and Entertainment Awards broadcasts and will air on January 5th and 6th at 10 PM KST. Unreleased and behind-the-scenes stills featuring the actors’ intense moments will alleviate the disappointment of the hiatus.
