The kiss scene featuring Kim Yoo Jung and Song Kang in the SBS drama My Demon has proven its immense popularity by surpassing 1 million views in just a day.
Released on the 16th through “SBS NOW” on YouTube, the kiss scene from My Demon rapidly achieved 1 million views, solidifying the drama’s and the actors’ soaring popularity.
Episode 8 of My Demon, featuring the kiss scene, depicted the deepening bond between Do Do Hee (Kim Yoo Jung) and Gu Won (Song Kang) amidst crisis. After realizing that Gu Won almost lost his life because of her, Do Do Hee makes a decision for everyone’s sake and announces her withdrawal from the candidacy for chairman at the “Future Group” board meeting. Furthermore, in a touching gesture of love and sacrifice for Gu Won, she goes a step further by renouncing her inheritance.
However, Gu Won struggles to understand Do Do Hee’s choice. He confronts Joo Seok Hoon (Lee Sang Yi) to find out the truth, to which Joo Seok Hoon reveals, “She gave it up because of you. So you won’t get hurt again.”
