Recent reports confirmed that Ji Soo had a meeting with a talent agency.
The star returned to the public eye in October, addressing the school bullying accusations that had kept him out of the spotlight for two years. Having stepped away from several drama projects amidst the controversies, the actor returned with an exclusive interview after completing his alternative military service. During the interview, he emphasized, “I clarified the misunderstanding with the person who first raised the concerns.”
In the interview, Ji Soo expressed his frustration regarding the spread of baseless rumors about him, stating, “I’ve never been involved in any sex scandals, including any sexual assault. The accuser even apologized to me about this matter.”
Ji Soo’s side also shared that he is not planning to return to the entertainment industry. They explained, “He’s not with any agency and has no upcoming projects. He just wanted to clear the air.”
However, according to OSEN’s reports, it has been confirmed that the actor met with industry insiders and is actively seeking an agency for his return. He met with a domestic talent agency and a well-known representative from an outsourced PR company, who is also helping him with his comeback.
In response, Ji Soo’s side clarified yesterday, saying, “It is true that he met with one agency, but it does not necessarily mean that he will make an immediate return.”
Other reports indicate that the actor visited his former agency and had a heartfelt reunion with his former colleagues, fueling speculation about his possible comeback to the K-drama scene.
