EXO’s Chen finally celebrated his long-awaited wedding on October 22nd.
Back in August, SM Entertainment, Chen’s agency, made an announcement, stating, “Chen will be holding his belated wedding ceremony in October.”
Chen had officially tied the knot with his wife in January 2020 and later joyfully revealed the news of his wife’s pregnancy. In April of that same year, the couple welcomed their first daughter. Remarkably, during his military enlistment in February 2022, they expanded their family by welcoming their second daughter.
Chen’s wedding was notably delayed by almost three years due to his mandatory military service and the arrival of his two children.
The eagerly anticipated event made headlines when photos from Chen’s wedding began circulating on various online platforms. What made it even more special was the presence of all EXO members, including Kai, who is currently fulfilling his military service, as well as Do Kyung Soo, Xiumin, Baekhyun, and Sehun.
As fans celebrated this joyous occasion, it’s worth noting that EXO, the beloved K-pop group, had also released their seventh studio album, titled EXIST, back in July of this year.
