Actor Kim Dong Ho and former HELLOVENUS member Yoonjo announced their upcoming wedding set for this November.
On the 11th, Kim Dong Ho took to his official fan cafe to share a handwritten letter, spilling the news directly to his fans. “I wanted to personally inform you about a major milestone in my life,” he penned, going on to say, “I’ve found the person I wish to spend the rest of my life with, and we will be getting married in November.”
He continued, “It’s a bit surreal to be sharing this news with fans who have been by my side for nearly half my life. I’m excited to embark on this new act within the warm confines of family. I’m eternally grateful for your love and support, and I promise to grow into an even more mature and admirable actor.”
His agency, Make Story, further elaborated on the wedding plans. “The ceremony will be held in Seoul, attended only by close family and friends. We ask for your understanding as the event will be private and specific details cannot be disclosed.”
Not to be outdone, Yoonjo also took to her Instagram to post a handwritten note. “I have some news I wanted to share with you all today. I’ve found the person I want to spend the rest of my life with, and we’re planning to get married before the winter chill sets in,” she shared.
She also described her fiancé Kim as “someone who has been a huge source of strength during my unstable and precarious times and has always stood by my side firmly.” The singer continued, “As we have done so far, we plan to continue putting each other first and strive for a healthy and happy life together.”
Meanwhile, Kim Dong Ho debuted in 2005 with the musical The Secret Garden. He appeared in some big-name series like My Husband Got a Family, Graceful Friends, and Undercover. Yoonjo debuted in 2012 as a member of HELLOVENUS and was active for about two years. She later gained attention for her appearance on the idol survival show The Uni+ where she finished 4th and subsequently promoted as the group UNI.T.
