The luxurious townhouse Super Junior’s Eunhyuk gifted to his parents became a hot topic.
The recent episode of tvN’s Free Doctor featured stars who have built and live in picturesque homes.
On this day’s broadcast, Kim So Young revealed, “Eunhyuk is notably known for his extraordinary affection towards his family. In light of this, the gift he prepared for his parents is a two-story home located in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province.”
When asked why Eunhyuk chose to gift his parents a house, an entertainment reporter responded, “It seems that Eunhyuk’s mother’s health has been deteriorating recently. As a result, Eunhyuk built this house with the money he’s earned so far to bring his entire family together.”
The reporter and real estate expert described the house: “The house sits on a land area of about 190 pyeong (approximately 6,283 square meters). The living room, accentuated by a chandelier, features a high ceiling that adds a sense of openness. The kitchen can almost be considered a part of the living room due to its expansive layout. Even though a white tone is typically used to visually enhance the space, the kitchen, despite its vastness, gives off the luxury vibe with wood finishes.”
Eunhyuk’s home has three bedrooms and four bathrooms. His mother’s bathroom boasts a TV viewable from the bathtub, while Eunhyuk’s own room contains a lavish bathroom. The real estate expert added, “But that’s not all. The bathroom, sauna, and shower are all separate, and the sauna is a dry type made of cypress and granite.”
He added, “This house is known to be worth approximately 1.6 billion won (about $1.3 million). But there’s been a massive development boon recently. It’s announced that the world’s largest semiconductor cluster will be developed in Cheoin District, Yongin, covering an area of 2 million pyeong (approximately 6.6 million square meters). Consequently, both land and property values are expected to skyrocket,” filling the studio with astonishment.
