Moreover, Lee Seung Gi recently revealed his apartment in Master in the House. His flat, remodeled in 2020, is a room in Brown Stone Legend, which only has 54 households. It’s located close to the subway station and the hub of Gangnam. One expert shared, “Since the building was constructed in 2009, most of the buyers move in after repairing or remodeling. There aren’t that many transactions, but that means the residents rarely change, and that’s an appeal for some people.”
