TWICE’s Nayeon dropped her first solo single “POP!” from her debut mini-album ‘IM NAYEON.’
Dropping her first mini-album IM NAYEON on June 24th, Nayeon will be the first TWICE member to make a solo debut. On the 31st, JYP Entertainment posted the tracklist for her upcoming mini-album on its official social media and unveiled a snippet of her hotly anticipated debut solo single on TikTok. The new title song is composed with an addictive melody and lyrics that sing about the singer herself. Famous global songwriters from abroad have teamed up with Korean lyricist Lee Seuran to enhance the quality of the song.
IM NAYEON is packed with 7 new songs including “POP!,” “NO PROBLEM (feat. Felix of Stray Kids),” “LOVE COUNTDOWN (feat. Wonstein),” “ALL OR NOTHING,” “CANDYFLOSS,” “HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU,” and “ONLY THE SUNSET IS PRETTY.”
Famous names like Shift K3Y, earattack, Sim Eun Ji, Little Mix’s Jade Thirlwall, The Stereotypes and more were listed in the thanks-to list of the mini-album.
The female star has taken on a new challenge to release her first solo album. She wrote the lyrics for “ALL OR NOTHING,” and co-produced “LOVE COUNTDOWN” with Wonstein. It is notable that Stray Kid’s Felix and Wonstein have featured in her new songs, “NO PROBLEM” and “LOVE COUNTDOWN,” especially because it will mark the first TWICE member’s song that features other artists.
Her upcoming solo album IM NAYEON will be released on June 24th.
