KBS’s new Monday-Tuesday series Café Minamdang is based on the novel of the same name that garnered 150,000 readers on KakaoPage. The plot follows a mystery play unfolded by criminal profiler-turned-shaman Han Jun and his colleagues.
On the 30th, KBS released the still photos of Seo in Guk (Nam Han Jun), Kwak Si Yang (Gong Soo Chul), and Baek Seo Hoo (Jonathan), the attractive trio of the cafe Minandang.
First, Seo In Guk has completed a unique character in dandy suits and a colorful scarf, a scarf that Korean shamans usually wear. Also, the sight of him handing over a talisman to someone highlights his charisma. How will Seo In Guk portray a man with perfect profiling skills and a love for money?
But unlike Nam Han Jun, Gong Soo Chul and Jonathan are working peacefully at the cafe. Nam Han Jun, the heretic among the shamans, Gong Soo Chul, the macho man, and Jonathan, the lovely mascot of Minamdang – what kind of synergy will these three very different men present in this unusual place that combines a cafe and a fortune teller’s shop?
