The Red Sleeve actor Kang Hoon is in talks to play the lead role in the Korean remake of Someday or One Day.
On the 9th, Sports Chosun reported that Kang Hoon was cast in the new drama Come to Me (literal title), the title of the Korean remake of Someday or One Day. To which the actor’s agency npio Entertainment responded, “Kang Hoon did receive an offer and is now reviewing it.”
Since the news of the remake has hit the wire, the cast has become the hottest topic. Earlier, media outlets reported that Ahn Hyo Seop, who was fans’ number one choice for the male lead, and Jeon Yeo Been are positively considering joining the show.
Someday or One Day tells the story of a woman who wakes up in the past while grieving the loss of her boyfriend. And there, she meets a man who looks just like his dead boyfriend. If Kang Hoon accepts the offer, he’ll be playing Mo Jun Jie, played by Patrick Shih.
