According to Nielsen Korea, the December 3rd broadcast of The Red Sleeve recorded average nationwide viewership ratings of 10.7 percent, taking first place in its time slot across all channels. The most-watched moment in the episode saw the ratings peak at 11.6 percent.

The Red Sleeve, which premiered at the same time as SBS’ Now, We Are Breaking Up, initially drew little attention when it first aired.
