Coupang Play’s first original drama series One Ordinary Day has shared a little sneak peek at Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Sung Kyu’s first meeting.
One Ordinary Day is a crime series starring Kim Soo Hyun as a college student named Kim Hyun Soo, who became a murder suspect overnight. Cha Seung Won joined the series as Kim’s lawyer Shin Joong Han (Cha Seung Won), who never asks him about what had really happened to him that night.
The released pictures gave a glimpse of Kim Hyun Soo’s first meeting with Do Ji Tae (Kim Sung Kyu), the prison’s top dog who stands above the law. Being in jail for the first time, Kim Hyun Soo notices Do Ji Tae’s hard stare.
Will the meeting of these two unpredictable men be the beginning of destruction or be another window of opportunity? And what will Kim Hyun Soo’s prison life be like?
The production team mentioned that “Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Sung Kyu are the actors who have the abilities to captivate the audience.” They continued, “Please look forward to seeing the two actors’ emotional acting and the profound stories in the series.”
One Ordinary Day will premiere on November 27th.
