The rom-com queen, �Shin Min Ah is back!
On the 26th, tvN’s new weekend drama Hometown Cha Cha Cha unveiled the new still photos of Shin Min Ah. For the drama, Shin took on the role of lovely dentist Yoon Hye Jin and is expected to show her infinite charm.
As you can tell from the photos that show her cuddling a shopping bag at a wine bar and perfectly pulling off a doctor’s gown, she’s a city girl to her bones. In the city, Shin Min Ah exudes lovely yet professional charm.
But you can also see how much of a tough time she has trying to adapt to the seaside village. Wearing a pink apron and rubber gloves, Shin Min Ah looks like she’s not in her right mind, raising expectations.
Hometown Cha Cha Cha is a healing romance drama between ‘realist’ dentist Yoon Hye Jin and an unemployed man Hong Du Sik who goes by ‘Chief Hong’ in his town.
“I’ve been wanting to do a mellow and fun rom-com,” said Shin Min Ah. “When I first read the script, I thought that the story was very solid. And I grew very fond of Yoon Hye Jin.”
The actress then showed her love for the role. “Hye Jin thinks of herself as a realist, but in fact, she’s someone with righteousness, warmth, and innocent clumsiness. But I think her charm is that she doesn’t know much about herself.”
Meanwhile, Hometown Cha Cha Cha will premiere on the 28th at 9 PM KST.
