Park Sung Hoon had exited the production of Only One Person (literal title). And now, Kim Kyung Nam is in talks to step into his shoes.

Only One Person tells the story of a terminally ill woman who decides to kill one bad guy before she dies. Instead, she meets one man who becomes incredibly important in her life. Matrimonial Chaos writer Moon Jung Min has joined hands with Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo and Find Me in Your Memory director Oh Hyun Jong for the series. It has already been programmed to air in December.

Previously, the production company announced its finalized cast list: Hospital Playlist actress Ahn Eun Jin, Into the Ring actor Park Sung Hoon, Red Velvet’s Joy and Go Doo Shim. At that time, they had confirmed that the filming would begin in earnest in July.

However, Park Sung Hoon suddenly left the production due to scheduling issues. And because of that, the production staff found themselves in a desperate situation to cast a new lead actor.

Fortunately, Kim Kyung Nam, who showed solid performance in The King: Eternal Monarch and is currently starring in Revolutionary Sisters, stepped in as one of the candidates. On Wednesday, JR ENT confirmed that Kim Kyung Nam contemplating the offer to play the male lead in Only One Person.
