[Weekly TV Top 10] ‘The Penthouse’ Takes Over The Time Slot Again

  • Drama Ranking for the First Week of June

SBS’s The Penthouse 3: War in Life is off to a strong start, landing in the first place. There were many favorable reviews for its captivating and unpredictable story. However, there were opinions that it was “too provocative” like last season. tvN’s Doom at Your Service came down one step due to a drop in popularity compared to the previous week. Critics pointed out that the actors’ performances were excellent, but the story’s development wasn’t convincing enough. tvN’s My Roommate Is A Gumiho came in third. Many say that the characters are different from the original work, which has been a popular opinion since its premiere.

KBS Youth of May remained in fourth for the second consecutive week. Many said they were shocked by the reality of Gwangju, where martial law was declared. tvN’s Mine took fifth place. The series became a hot topic after it revealed the dead person’s identity. SBS’s new show Racket Boys started in seventh place.
