Park Seo Joon may be returning to the small screen with the new thriller series.

According to Ilgan Sports, Park Seo Joon was offered to take the lead in Kyungsung Creature (literal title).

Kyungsung Creature centers around the scars and anxiety of humans and dives into the stories of survival and human dignity. It’s going to be a thriller series about young people who had to put their own lives at risk. These youths fight for the rights and the happiness that all humans should enjoy in a time where sovereignty and human rights are all taken away.

In response, Awesome.ent revealed that Park Seo Joon has only received the synopsis of writer Kang Eun Young and director Jung Dong Yoon’s new project. In fact, the actor was offered the lead role with the synopsis that’s written under the working title “Project K.”

If he joins the series, Park will be playing Jang Tae Sang, a wealthy man who lives in Bukchon. He has zero interest in upholding a cause or justice. To him, what’s in front of him right now is the most important thing in his life. But when he meets a girl who’ll turn his life upside down, his world is threatened. In that process, he will throw the following question to us, “How should we live our lives as decent human beings?”

Meanwhile, Dr. Romantic writer Kang Eun Kyung and Hot Stove League director Jung Dong Yoon have come together for Kyungsung Creature.
