Pyo Ye Jin‘s stills for SBS’s new Fri-Sat series Taxi Driver have been revealed.
The production team of Taxi Driver released the first set of stills on the 16th. In the photos, Pyo Ye Jin was seen to be shooting for both an ordinary accounting staff for a taxi company, and a hacker of the Rainbow Taxi Company.
The crew of the show said that “everyone was impressed by Pyo Ye Jin’s perfect depiction of her character from the very first shoot. She stays very motivated for the shoot, so everyone should look forward to her performance.”
Pyo Ye Jin plays the role of Ahn Go Eun, a hacker for Rainbow Taxi Company. The character uses all digital devices such as CCTV, mobile phone, computer, to serve as the eyes and ears of Kim Do Gi (played by Lee Je Hoon) and support him in his revenge. She is set to dominate the Rainbow Taxi as the most skilled, feisty, and clever individual in the company.
Whilst April’s Lee Na Eun was the initial cast for the role of Ahn Go Eun, she departed from the drama due to her controversy over bullying and allegations of school violence. Instead of Lee Na Eun, Pyo Ye Jin has replaced her for the character.
SBS’s new Fri-Sat drama Taxi Driver will kick off on April 9th, after The Penthouse 2: War in Life.
