Actress Song Yoo Jung died at 26.
On Jan 25, the actress’s agency Sublime artist Agency delivered the shocking news of Song’s sudden death. “Song Yoo Jung has passed away on Jan 23,” they wrote.
Earlier editions of some articles breaking the news stated she committed suicide, however all references to suicide have been removed.
Debuting as a cosmetic brand model, Song Yoo Jung began her acting career by playing the child days of Kim Chun Won in the 2013 drama Golden Rainbow. Since then, she appeared in Make a Wish, School 2017 and Dear My Name.
Then in 2019, she signed an exclusive contract with the Sublime Artist Agency, home to some of the biggest names in the industry like Song Kang Ho and Rain, and was expected to make a new leap forward, making this sudden news all the more shocking.
