MAMAMOO’s Moonbyul Adopted an Abandoned Pup and Became His First Family

MAMAMOO’s Moonbyul had spread some positive influence right before Christmas as she shared her good deeds.

A, who runs an abandoned dog adoption cafe in Pocheon, Gyeonggi Province, shared a heartwarming story on her Instagram.

“Something really touching happened,” she wrote. “In July, I rescued a pup after I read, ‘he lived in the cage for 2 years, but he loves people.’ He received proper treatments and got beautifully groomed, but no one stepped up to adopt him, so I even though maybe it’s because his uncertain age estimated between three and four or his ambiguous size.”

But after a few months, this pup finally found his first-ever family, and it’s MAMAMOO’s Moonbyul. A expressed her gratitude, “Thank you so much for welcoming Harang (dog’s name) into your family.”

Moonbyul is already well known as an owner of three welsh corgis. In September, she appeared at the “2020 Idol Woof Woof Athletics Championships Chuseok Special” and introduced her three dogs, “Daebak,” “Lucky,” and “Gungang.”
