Una Labo Actorology to Publish “Actorology Series”: The First is Lee Byung Hun

A book that contains everything about actor Lee Byung Hun is coming.

On November 16, Lee Byung Hun released a photo of his back with a date, “2020.11.19,” on his Instagram, drawing keen attention. And according to recent reports, the date is the release date of the book Actor Lee Byung Hun.

Una Labo Actorology announced that they will be releasing the Actorology Series and chose Lee Byung Hun as the first runner. This upcoming series will be taking the similar form of BFI’s (British Film Institute) Star Studies and Cahiers du Cinema’s Anatomy of an Actor.

The Actology Series is the first Korean actor-studying book that intensively analyzes actors in the name of Actology. Actor Lee Byung Hun will reflect on Lee Byung Hun, who has been acting for 30 years, and his performances.

The book is filled with various compositions, including the acting theory that Lee Byung Hun personally talked about, interviews with fellow actors such as Parasite �star Song Kang Ho and Birthday star Jeon Do Yeon, and how actor researcher Baek Eun Ha thinks about Lee Byung Hun. In particular, about 100 photos of Lee Byung Hun’s 30-year acting history are included, adding to expectations.

Meanwhile, Lee Byung Hun recently won the Best Actor Award at the 25th Chunsa Film Arts Awards, 56th Baeksang Arts Awards, 29th Buil Film Awards and 14th Asian Film Awards for his role in The Man Standing Next. He also confirmed his appearance in Emergency Declaration (literal title), Showdown (literal title) and Concrete Utopia (literal title).
