Yoon Kye Sang is considering his appearance in the upcoming drama You Are My Spring (literal title).
Earlier, a media outlet reported that Yoon Kye Sang has been cast to take the lead in the drama You Are My Spring. In response, the actor’s agency said, “Yoon Kye Sang was offered to star in the drama and is reviewing the offer.”
If he confirms his appearance, Yoon Kye Sang will be returning to the small screen two years after Chocolate. The role he was offered to play is known to be psychiatrist Joo Young Do. Joo Young Do became a psychiatrist to observe people, find lies, mend the pains they are hiding, and make them want to live their lives.
You Are My Spring is about three people who each live on with their seven-year-old selves in their hearts. All of the characters are held back by the keyword “salvation,” and the drama aims to be a healing romance story of seven-year-olds hiding behind the masks of adults. Earlier, Seo Hyun Jin was reported to have been offered to take the female lead role.
Meanwhile, You Are My Spring is penned by Bubblegum writer Lee Mi Na and directed by Jung Ji Hyun, who co-directed Mr. Sunshine and The King: Eternal Monarch.
