Former 2NE1 member Minzy has set up her own agency, MZ Entertainment, with her father Gong Soon Young.
Earlier today, MZ Entertainment released its first official press release and announced, “Minzy has set up MZ Entertainment with professional business management expert, director Gong Soon Yong to foster the talent of junior artists.”
The advantage of MZ Entertainment is that the company will combine Minzy’s 11 years of experience in the entertainment industry with Gong Soon Yong’s 30 years of business experience. The company plans to operate a dance academy and build an expert training system with the help of outside experts such as lawyer Jo Suk Geun.
MZ Entertainment added, “We plan to discover stars that will be loved by ‘millennium Z,’ nurture their talents and characters into a dream team, and support their promotions so that they can become brilliant artists in the future. Minzy will also continue her solo career as an artist from MZ Entertainment.”
