The Chinese film Double World, starring Henry Lau, will be released today (July 24).
Movie Double World will be released on China’s streaming platform iQIYI today and be unveiled on Netflix tomorrow (July 25). It is drawing much attention as the first movie from China to achieve simultaneous worldwide releases.
The movie was also nominated in two categories, Best Visual Effects and Best Action Choreography, at the 39th Hong Kong Film Awards.
Henry drew attention for his perfect body despite his busy schedule of traveling between China and South Korea. He participated in the OST of the movie and proved himself to be a musician as well as an actor.
Double World is a fantasy action film based on an online game of the same name. Director Teddy Chan, known for Bodyguards and Assassins, directed the movie.
