New K-POP boy group MCND has emerged as a ‘hot rookie group.’
MCND, who officially debuted after releasing their debut album Into the ICE AGE on February 27, has been making headlines for their amazing performance.
The number of views on MCND’s title song “ICE AGE,” released at 6 p.m. on February 27 through the official YouTube channel of TOP Media, has surpassed 6 million in about 10 days since its release, proving its hot popularity with more than 16,000 comments.
MCND also showed their dancing prowess by covering 1theK’s “Countdown Dance,” which was released on March 2. They also increased expectations for its future activities, with more than 1.3 million views for “Countdown Dance,” which covers EXO, BTS, NCT and Seventeen.
MCND is a new five-members boy group, including Castle J, BIC, Minjae, Huijun and Win, launched by TOP Media in five years. They are now actively engaging in their activates, conveying the rookie’s strong ambition to freeze the stage with the title track “ICE AGE,” written by leader Castle J.
