JYP Entertainment donated 500 million KRW (approximately 416,452 USD) to the Community Chest of Korea Act, also known as ‘The Fruit of Love,“ on February 28 to prevent the spread of approximately.
The donation will be used to purchase medical supplies such as protective clothing and masks for medical staff to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and personal hygiene products to prevent infections among those with immune vulnerability.
JYP Entertainment stated, “We hope that the donation will help Daegu and North Gyeongsang Province as well as medical staff who are devotedly focusing on treatment across the country and those who are facing personal troubles.”

Meanwhile, JYP Entertainment launched CSR project, “Every Dream Matters (EDM),” last year, and has been working with “Make A Wish” Foundation to grant wishes of children suffering from incurable diseases.
