Song Kang shared his thoughts on his upcoming JTBC drama, Forecasting Love and Weather. In this new weekend drama, Song Kang plays a special reporter named Lee Si Woo.
When asked why he decided to star in the show, Song Kang replied that he was intrigued by the theme and the plot of the drama. “I liked the fresh theme of the show and the fact that it centers on the weather station. The story of various people in the station was very entertaining. The humor in the script made me giggle in parts.”
The star also revealed that he had been captivated by the bubbly charms of his character Lee Si Woo. He said, “Si Woo has a pure heart. He brings this cheerful and optimistic energy to everywhere he goes. While he seems to be a carefree spirit, he takes his job as a special weather reporter seriously.”
Many are looking forward to the romantic chemistry between Song Kang and Park Min Young. Park Min Young plays a frosty forecaster named Jin Ha Kyung, who has the polar opposite personality of Lee Si Woo’s. Song Kang also hinted at the unpredictable love lives between the two characters, saying, “I believe we could showcase an unpredictable romance with our upcoming drama series.”
