On August 29th, Elle Korea’s official social media account posted a video with the caption, “Have you waited long? We prepared this for those who have waited 10 years for Love in the Moonlight. Shall we go back to 2016 with Park Bo Gum, Kim You Jung, Jin Young, Chae Soo Bin, and Kwak Dong Yeon?”
The released video featured the main cast of the KBS 2TV drama ‘Love in the Moonlight’: Park Bo Gum, Kim You Jung, Jin Young, Chae Soo Bin, and Kwak Dong Yeon. Love in the Moonlight is an unpredictable palace romance that tells the growth story of youths in the Joseon era, unrecorded by history, and first aired in 2016. This year marks its 10th anniversary.
Elle collaborated with the main cast of ‘Love in the Moonlight’ for a photoshoot celebrating its 10th anniversary. Notably, Park Bo Gum and Kim You Jung recreated a selfie pose they took together 10 years ago, drawing significant attention.
Kim You Jung had previously shared a photo with Park Bo Gum on her social media in 2016. A decade later, the two struck the same pose. While they exuded a more mature aura compared to 10 years ago, their visuals remained unchanged. They showcased their timeless beauty, as if the past 10 years held no significance.
Park Bo Gum also showed his approval by liking the post.
Meanwhile, Park Bo Gum, Kim You Jung, Jin Young, Chae Soo Bin, and Kwak Dong Yeon will reunite in the KBS 2TV variety show Love in the Moonlight Again. This special 10th-anniversary program will document a 2-day, 1-night trip with the cast members. It is scheduled to air on September 16th and September 23rd.
