Former AOA member Yuna has unveiled her beautiful new maternity photos as she prepares to give birth.
Yuna posted the stunning photos on her social media account on November 4th with a caption that was both poetic and a sweet reveal. “Summer is gone,” she wrote, “and the ‘Winter’ (Gyeoul) we’ve been waiting for is coming.” The couple has nicknamed the baby Gyeoul, which translates to “winter” in English.
She also shared her honest feelings about the journey: “The pregnancy process hasn’t been easy, but I hope it continues with infinite blessings and new experiences.” She added, “Thinking of the journey ahead with our family and Gyeoul, whom we’ll meet soon, I will live every day with an overwhelmed and happy heart.”
Yuna first announced her pregnancy in July, saying, “Watching the baby grow in my belly every day, I am spending such happy times. It’s still awkward, and I can’t believe I’m going to be a mom, but I will stay healthy in body and mind until the day we meet our baby.”
Yuna, who debuted with AOA in 2012, left the group in 2021 and has since been working as a Pilates instructor. She married her husband, music producer Kang Jung-hoon, in February of last year.
