Kim Yoon Hye has shared her first wedding photos and a heartfelt message following her marriage.
On Tuesday, Kim wrote on her personal blog, “On the 25th, I began a new chapter in my life.” She continued, “I made a promise with the person I want to be with for a long time. From now on, I’ll keep working hard at my craft and build a life filled with both love and happiness.”
She ended her message with a gentle note for her fans: “Autumn passed so quickly that it already feels like winter. I hope everyone stays warm, eats warm food, and enjoys the season cozily.”
Kim tied the knot with her non-celebrity boyfriend on the 25th at a hotel in central Seoul. The ceremony was held privately with only close family members and friends in attendance. The wedding featured a special performance by Ahn Eun Jin and Yoon Seo Ah, who sang a Sung Si Kyung song as the congratulatory number—both actresses bonded with Kim while filming the Netflix series Goodbye Earth.
Fellow stars including Kim Tae Ri, Ra Mi Ran, and Jung Eun Chae from Jeongnyeon: The Star is Born attended to celebrate the occasion, while Kim Do Hoon from Love Scout and actress Lee Sung Kyung were also spotted among the guests.
Kim Yoon Hye began her career in 2002 as a model for Vogue Girl under the stage name Woori before returning to her real name as an actress. She has appeared in multiple dramas including The Third Charm, Vincenzo, Sh**ooting Stars, and Goodbye Earth. Most recently, she earned acclaim for her performance as Seo Hye Rang, the heroine of the Maeran Theater Troupe, in tvN’s Jeongnyeon: The Star is Born.
