Moon Chae Won has officially joined the YouTube community, and she’s not holding back.

On May 8th, she uploaded her first video, specifically addressing the gossip surrounding her personal life.

Explaining her timing, Moon shared, “I’ve always thought that if marriage became a topic in my life, I’d like to try YouTube then.” She added, “But I ended up starting a bit earlier because I wanted to connect with my fans and get some experience in advance.”

Moon took the opportunity to debunk several viral rumors, starting with her fiancé’s identity. Denying claims that he is a “younger dermatologist,” she clarified: “That’s not true. I was asked whether I prefer older or younger partners in a past interview, and I said I liked younger men. I think that got twisted.”

She even laughed off high-tech suspicions regarding her recent marriage announcement. Addressing claims that her handwritten letter was actually generated by AI, she stated, “That’s not true either.”

Perhaps most surprising was her decision to tackle strange rumors regarding her personal hygiene. To disprove claims that she “doesn’t wash her hair often,” she used a scalp camera to show her clean pores, noting, “I have to get hair and makeup done to film, so I can’t possibly go without washing my hair.” She even went as far as using a breathalyzer to debunk “bad breath” rumors. After the device gave a reading of “0,” she joked, “I’m tearing up.”

Looking ahead to her upcoming wedding in June, Moon shared her personal philosophy on partnership: “Some people see marriage as the end of dating, but personally, I see it as a beginning. I hope we can spend time together in a simple and fun way.”

Moon Chae Won previously announced that she will be marrying a non-celebrity in a private ceremony next month.
