The Naver Popularity Vote for the 62nd Baeksang Arts Awards has officially concluded with Park Ji Hoon and YoonA emerging as the top winners.
Park Ji Hoon secured the first-place spot in the male category with 48.7% of the total votes. He outperformed Junho, who finished the voting period with 40.3%. YoonA claimed a decisive victory in the female category by earning an impressive 58.1% of the votes. She outranked Son Ye Jin, who received 26.9% of the final tally.
Park Ji Hoon earned a nomination for Best New Actor in the film category for his performance in The King’s Warden. YoonA received a Best Actress nomination in the television category for her leading role in the tvN drama ‘The King: Eternal Monarch’. The popularity award is determined by fan votes cast for nominees across television, film, and theater categories. This year’s eligibility period covers various content released on terrestrial, cable, and OTT platforms between April 2025 and March 2026.
Shin Dong Yup, Suzy, and Park Bo Gum are set to host the upcoming ceremony on May 8th. The event will take place at COEX in Seoul and will be broadcast live on JTBC and digital platforms. Fans can tune in at 7:50 PM to see the winners accept their awards in person. The Baeksang Arts Awards remains one of the most prestigious ceremonies honoring excellence in Korean entertainment.
