Song Ji Hyo has captured attention by revealing what appeared to be a wedding invitation to her friends.
A video featuring Chef David Lee was released on Song Ji Hyo’s channel on April 16th. While conversing over a meal, Song Ji Hyo suddenly asked him to check his phone, changing the mood. She then announced that she had sent a message to her friends and shared an image of a wedding invitation.
The photo contained details about a wedding ceremony to be held at The Shilla Seoul on May 30th. Upon seeing this, David Lee reacted with surprise, asking, “Is this real? Are you doing this because it’s April Fools’ Day today?” Shocked by the unexpected news, he exclaimed, “I’m so surprised I’ve got indigestion. Can I really call them?” showing his attempt to verify the legitimacy of the event.
Song Ji Hyo led the atmosphere as if it were a real announcement, saying, “Ask them. I’m just announcing it today.” However, when David Lee continued to express suspicion, asking, “But why isn’t there a map?”, she eventually revealed, “Because it’s April Fools’ Day,” admitting it was a prank. The invitation was created using AI. Song Ji Hyo continued the charade by distributing the invitation even to David Lee’s wife.
Throughout this process, the two exchanged playful banter, leading to laughter. David Lee, unable to hide his astonishment, lightened the mood with a joke, saying, “Still, it seems you want to have your wedding here if you do get married.”
Song Ji Hyo added that she had prepared another prank besides the invitation. She said, “I have something else to confess today.
