BTS’s V celebrated his close friend, Park Hyung Sik‘s, birthday with a sweet throwback post.
V posted a photo to his social media account with the caption, “This person HBD (Happy Birthday),” tagging Park Hyung Sik on November 16th. The picture shows V, Park Hyung Sik and two other friends smiling and hanging out together in a swimming pool.
Dressed in swimsuits, the two stars are standing shoulder-to-shoulder with relaxed smiles. Even wet, their sharp features drew admiration from fans.
V and Park Hyung Sik famously became close friends after co-starring in the 2016 K-drama Hwarang. They are both well-known members of the star-studded “Wooga Squad,” a friend group that also includes actors Park Seo Joon, Choi Woo Shik and singer Peakboy.
Meanwhile, BTS, having completed their military service, is currently preparing for a full-group comeback with a spring release next year. The group has also announced plans for a world tour to coincide with the new album, signaling the complete return of the “21st Century Pop Icon” as a full unit.
