TWICE’s Momo has purchased a luxury villa worth approximately 4.3 billion won ($3.2 million), becoming the latest K-pop star to make a major real estate investment. The $3.2 million purchase was made entirely in cash, according to court registry documents.

The October 31st report shows that Momo signed the contract and paid the full balance for the villa in Achiul Village on October 23rd. The absence of any registered mortgage on the property indicates that the multi-million-dollar transaction was paid upfront.

Momo’s new home is in an exclusive complex called Arcadia Signature, which has only eight units. Her villa reportedly features three bedrooms, a study, a private garden, and views of both the Han River and Acha Mountain.

She joins other top female stars in the same building. Han So Hee purchased a penthouse in the complex last year for 5.24 billion won, while Nana bought a unit in March.

The affluent Achiul Village, often called an “artists’ village,” is a known hotspot for celebrities. Momo’s new neighbors in the area include JYP founder Park Jin Young, actress Oh Yeon Seo, and HyunA and Yong Jun Hyung. Superstar couple Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin also famously established their newlywed home there.
