Netflix has dropped the main poster and trailer for its upcoming series You and Everything Else, starring Kim Go Eun and Park Ji Hyun.
The drama traces the tangled relationship between two women whose lives have been bound together since they were 11 years old. They admire and envy one another, lean on each other yet resent each other, and grow into adulthood locked in a complicated bond that transcends the word “friendship.”
The poster captures Eun Jung (Kim Go Eun) and Sang Yeon (Park Ji Hyun) exchanging subtle, ambiguous looks that hint at their layered emotions. Alongside their present-day images, the poster also recalls their teenage years, underscoring the decades-long connection that has defined them.

The trailer opens with the pair’s reunion at a college club gathering, where Eun Jung delivers the line: “I really wish that we hadn’t crossed paths again.” The stark contrast between her words and their bright smiles sparks questions about what caused their relationship to sour.
As glimpses of their childhood play onscreen—narrated by lines such as “Sang Yeon looked happy and complete” and “Everyone liked Eun Jung”—viewers are invited to sense the long-simmering rivalries between them. From inseparable teenagers to their twenties when they only relied on each other, the trailer builds to a moment where Sang Yeon, in an awards speech, calls Eun Jung “a very near and dear friend of mine, who influenced me the most in my life.” That public declaration clashes with Eun Jung’s cold remark: “Cheon Sang Yeon doesn’t deserve any of it.”
The footage then cuts to sharp words exchanged between the two women, foreshadowing irreparable misunderstandings and escalating conflict. By their forties, Sang Yeon seeks Eun Jung out again with a final, baffling request: “Eun Jung, I have a favor to ask you.”
Spanning decades, the series promises a panoramic look at a relationship defined by admiration, jealousy, longing, and betrayal.
You and Everything Else will premiere worldwide on Netflix on September 12th.
